The Skullerz 8978 Intrinsically Safe Headlamp Light easily attaches directly to any Skullerz Hard Hat and Safety Helmet light mount or Headlamp Mounting Straps. This Class I, II and III/Division 1 safety light is specifically designed for hazardous locations where explosion risk due to fumes or fine dusts is high. This battery-operated hard hat light features a slim profile and an 8-position tilt design for visibility where you need it most. A one-button switch supports two working modes: low and high. High mode (216 lumens for 5 hours) is for maximum light and low mode (75 lumens for 12 hours) is for dimmer light. Requires three AAA batteries (included). This hard hat light has a drop-test rating of 6.6 ft and is IP97 rated for dust and water resistance. Ideal for worksites where head protection and/or additional lighting is required in industrial facilities with hazardous locations, including construction and utility job sites, oil and gas, road work, forestry and mining.
