About ZYNTL

ZYNTL is an online marketplace operated by ZYNTL LLC (34035 Birchwood St, Apt A, Westland, MI 48186-4534, United States). Products are supplied and shipped by ZYNTL and our approved supplier and fulfilment partners in or near your country. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean ZYNTL, and “you” means the person using the site.

Your account

You can shop as a guest or create an account. Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account. You must be at least 18, or have a parent's permission, to place an order.

Countries, prices and currency

• Products, prices, taxes, shipping and payment methods depend on the country you select. Some products are only available in certain countries.
• Prices are shown in your country's currency. The total at checkout, including shipping and applicable taxes, is the amount you pay.
• Sale prices apply only during the dates shown. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we will tell you and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

When you place an order we email you a confirmation. A contract is formed when we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, cannot be shipped to your address or we suspect fraud — and you will receive a full refund of anything you paid. Orders containing items from different suppliers may arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown on product pages and at checkout. They are estimates, not guarantees, but if your order is significantly late please contact us. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See Shipping Information.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel or return most items within 30 days of delivery. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including the right to withdraw from distance purchases where it applies, are never affected. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.

Product warranty

Products come with the legal guarantee that applies in your country, plus any manufacturer warranty shown on the product page. See our Warranty page.

Using the site

Do not misuse the site — for example by attempting to access other accounts, scraping it at scale, interfering with its security or posting unlawful reviews. Product images, text and the ZYNTL brand belong to us or our partners and may not be copied without permission.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not liable for business losses when you buy as a consumer.

Governing law and disputes

If you are a consumer, you benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first — most problems can be solved quickly by our support team.
