Encryption
All traffic between your browser and zyntl.com is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS). Look for the padlock in your address bar. Sensitive settings such as supplier credentials are additionally encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
Account protection
- Passwords are stored only as salted, one-way hashes — nobody at ZYNTL can see them.
- Sign-in is protected against brute-force attacks: repeated failed attempts are temporarily blocked.
- Sessions use signed, HTTP-only cookies that scripts on the page cannot read.
- Staff accounts can be protected with two-factor authentication, and every admin action is logged.
Payment security
Card payments, when offered in your country, are entered directly with PCI-DSS-certified payment providers. ZYNTL never sees or stores your full card number or security code. See Payment Options.
Your data
We collect only what we need to deliver your orders, never sell personal data and share it only with the partners who ship and support your order. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Avoiding scams
- ZYNTL will never ask for your password or full card number by email, chat or phone.
- Our emails come only from @zyntl.com addresses. Check links before you click.
- If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from ZYNTL, forward it to us and delete it.
Keeping your account safe
Use a unique password for ZYNTL, sign out on shared devices and keep your email account secure, as it is used to reset your password.
