Return Policy

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. Some products (such as perishable food, opened hygiene items and custom orders) cannot be returned; this is shown on the product page.

How to start a return

Go to Returns & Refunds, choose the order and items, and tell us why. Because ZYNTL works with fulfilment partners in your country, we send you the right return address and label for each item.

Refunds

Once the return is received and checked, we refund your original payment method in the currency you paid, or as store credit if you prefer. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
