Available methods
The payment methods available for your country are shown in the Payment step of checkout. Today ZYNTL offers pay on delivery in supported countries, and card and digital-wallet payments are being added country by country.
When card payments are available they are processed by PCI-DSS-certified payment providers — ZYNTL never stores your full card number.
Currency and taxes
Prices are shown and charged in the currency of the country you select. Applicable sales tax or VAT and shipping are shown before you place your order, so there are no hidden fees from us.
When you are charged
For pay on delivery, you pay when your order arrives. For online payments, you are charged when you place the order; if an item can't be shipped, we refund it straight away.
Business invoices
Business and bulk customers can request invoicing terms. Visit Business & Bulk or contact us for a quote.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method in the currency you paid. Pay-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or store credit. See the Refund & Return Policy.
